COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Rather than running our summer sessions with 44 kids, each session will be broken up into 4 smaller casts with no more than 14 children and 3 adults (the director, assistant director, and counselor). The small cast size will allow each cast to rehearse and perform in a socially distant way, with children being kept six feet away from one another. Each cast will have their own entrance and exit to the building and will be in a dedicated space in the rehearsal studio or designated outdoor area. Temperatures will be taken before children enter the building and any child with a reading of 100.4 or higher will be asked to return home. Casts will be kept separated throughout the day and will not mingle.
All participants are required to bring a mask every day. Masks will be worn while indoors or if children are unable to socially distance outside. A significant portion of each day will be spent outdoors (weather permitting).
If a child falls ill, we ask parents to inform staff and share their child's symptoms. If a child presents with symptoms that may be COVID-19, we will inform the families in that child's cast that a child has presented with possible symptoms. We may also suspend the session or move to virtual rehearsals until the symptomatic child has been tested.

REFUND POLICY
Covid-19 Accommodations:
Register with peace of mind! Program credits and refunds will be available for the full value of the subsidized tuition if Random Farms is unable to run a summer session. Program credits and refunds will also be available for the partial value of subsidized tuition if the program can only run virtually for part or all of the session. If your plans for the summer change, we will happily transfer your child to an alternate session provided there is availability.
SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of financial aid packages are available. Please click here for info and application.
COSTUMES
Traditional costumes for our final performance will not allow for appropriate social distancing, due to the physical closeness with adult staff required for fittings and getting into and out of them. Instead, each child will receive a complimentary show t-shirt that's theirs to keep. They will wear that for our final run through and performance
PARTICIPATION POLICY
For the protection of your child, other children, and our staff, please do not bring your child to rehearsal if they are sick or have had a fever within the past 48 hours. Absences due to illness will be at the discretion of the director and will be excused as long as it is deemed safe to allow the child to continue in the program. Please do not register if you have any conflicts. "Shadowing" (making up a missed rehearsal) is not permitted during two-week intensives.
