The Frog Prince

Can two little princesses and a frog become the best of friends? Twin sisters Princess Sunny and Princess Cloudia are as different as can be, but they come together to help a prince of a frog rise up and save his beloved pond from destruction. A greedy clan of beavers is eager to sell off the land and build luxury condos! It’s all for one and one for all as the royal family, plucky pond creatures, a magical enchantress, hip hop fly girls, and soul singing “Ribbettes” join forces and show what good teamwork can do, even in the most unlikely of friendships.

Book by Kristin Madden. Music by Brennan Johnson.
Lyrics by Christiana Cole.

This is a new musical that has been commissioned especially for the youngest performers at Random Farms! This commission is sponsored by The Jones Family and an anonymous donor.

The Sound of Music

Maria is a postulant studying to become a nun, but she is just too high-spirited for the religious life. Instead, she becomes the governess for the seven children of Captain VonTrapp, a widowed naval captain. Maria charms the whole family with her generous spirit, her enthusiasm for life, and her love of music. She gradually captures the hearts of the Von Trapp children as well as the Captain himself. As with any good story, there is an underlying truth: that we each have a life we were born to live, and it is our task to find that life. And, of course, The Sound Of Music features some of the best songs of all time, such as "Do Re Mi", "Climb Ev'ry Mountain", and "My Favorite Things".
